What can I claim for?
You can claim for any losses or injuries you suffer if they are as a result of the negligent actions of a third party, the accident may have happened on the roads, while at work, shopping or walking in the street.
Generally, you have three years from the date of the accident to make your claim so if you think you may be entitled to compensation don't delay and complete our claim submission form.
How long will it take?
It is very difficult to say at the outset how long a claim will last but a straightforward claim (injuries lasting 12 months or less) can usually be settled within 9 months.
The more complicated claims may take longer to complete.
How much will I receive?
Again it is very difficult to predict how much your claim is worth however we will seek to recover not only compensation for your injuries, damaged property, lost income etc but also treatment costs, care and assistance, and all other losses incurred that are as a result of the accident.
As a very rough guide a basic whiplash type injury with full recovery within 12 months of the accident could receive £1000-£1500 plus associated financial losses.
What will it cost me ?
NOTHING - If we are successful the costs of bringing the claim will be paid by the other side, leaving you with 100% of your compensation
If we cannot recover damages for whatever reason you will not be required to pay for the work done. NO WIN - NO FEE
Will I have to go to Court?
It is very rare that a matter has to go to Court, this will only happen if the third party won't admit to being at fault or if the offer for settlement made is substantially less than what you may except to be awarded by a judge. Going to court can be expensive therefore most insurance companies are willing to negotiate settlement at a reasonable level and without involving the courts meaning that you get your compensation more quickly.
Do I have to see a solicitor?
No, our computer case management system allows us to deal with your claim by correspondence and telephone so you don't have to spend too much time dealing with the claim - that's our job!!
